  8. Any Other Business.
Ann Hodges (High Legh) would like the procedure for carrying out the draw for league matches to be added to the rules in the handbook from next season. The current procedure adopted by most captains is that the first 4 players cards are placed face down with the opposing captain placing their players cards on top. These are then the first four games on the green. The final four cards are again placed face down with the opposing captain putting their cards on the top. The order of play for the final four is at the discretion of the home captain.

It was agreed that Ann would make a proposal for the 2013 AGM.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 8.35pm.
