Notice of MotionNotice s of Motion. for AGM August 18th 2026 Dispence with the rule regarding skips walking up the mat. Rule 10.29.7 Matches can only be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions but matches can be brought forward by mutual agreement. Also suggested that people will not be allowed to bring into a venue their own refreshments or drinks for consumption on the premises if ther is a bar at the venue. Suitable footwear to be worn, no bowling allowed in bare feet or in socks only, This is for health and safety as the ESMBA insurance would not cover injury if footwear was not worn. League start date, 2nd week or third week of October.

FOOTWEAR AT MATCHESFOOTWARE Would all clubs ensure this season that all their players have a change of footware and that it is used before stepping on any mat. There is a rule in the book covering this but it is common courtesy to do so. Rule 7 Footwear Bowling Shoes or any smooth heel-less footwear must be worn while playing on the rink mat, and these must be other than the ones worn whilst travelling to the venue. | |
