Chairman welcomed delegates and minutes silence was held.
The minutes were read from 2012 A.G.M.
Secretary thanked management committee and told delegates that next season he was looking to correspond more by e-mail to cut costs.
Delegates were told of use of Bye-law 1 and in his view it was intended to help out when a team unexpectedly found themselves short and not to allow a team to operate on a smaller squad. Otherwise season went smoothly.
Treasurer reported that unfortunately he would have to resign due to family commitments. Bill thanked him for his service.
Auditors said Don had done a good job.
No increases were recommended.
Gerry thanked everyone's help with running competitions and congratulated winners.

Bye-law 14 to be amended to read: “The average winner should be the player who wins the most games; if a tie best averages to decide.” Defeated
Bye law 6 to be amended to read: “Match start to be 1.30pm. Match blocks to be made available to the away team 15 minutes prior to the match start time. No home team players to practise on the green in the 15 minutes prior to the match start time. The away team captain may practise early to allow time for the draw to be made.” No seconder
Bye-law 13 to be amended to read: “All clubs must be represented at delegates meetings and no limit on number attending but voting is limited to ONE per club. Any club not attending will be fined £3.” Passed
Rule 8 to be amended to read: “The annual subscription for each registered player will be £1 to be paid to the League Treasurer no later than the March League Meeting. Registrations after this meeting and up to the closing date for registrations will be accepted at £2 per registration to be billed after the closing date and paid at least by the presentation day. Players must be registered at least 7 days before playing and before closing date for registrations.” Passed
Bye-law 1 to be amended to read: “Number of players in a team to be 10 in both divisions.” Withdrawn
