Bowrap has help built in. Most dialogue boxes have a ‘Help’ button; clicking on this will bring up the relevant help page.

The program is also designed to be tolerant of mistakes. Try exploring by clicking and double-clicking on things. Clicking with the right mouse button is also useful; it will often up a menu suitable to the context.
